Architectural Visualisation Art Director

You are an individual with the ambition and passion to drive you to produce brilliant creative work. You are adept at taking a strategic direction and bringing it to life creatively and artistically.

 

You love directing, and working with, other creatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and you want to use CGI, film and immersive technologies to bring ideas to life.

 

You enjoy working closely with Client Directors, Creatives, Project Managers and the wider team and you are a great communicator who wants to contribute to the culture of Somewhere.

 

You should have:

  • Strong CG agency and/or creative agency experience

  • A well-developed appreciation of design and art direction

  • A well-respected agency pedigree combined with a demonstrably integrated approach to communications

  • An impressive track record of creating outstanding and award winning CG work

  • Significant experience of successfully managing client relationships 

  • Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to rapidly earn client trust

  • An excellent understanding of architectural terminology and effective production across all necessary disciplines including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation and post-production

  • Experience of driving the creative process through an agency from initial briefing to final product

  • Up to date knowledge of developments and trends within the creative industry 

  • Good understanding of the Architectural and Property industry.

  • Advanced knowledge of 3DS Max, Vray, Photoshop, Fusion (or similar), After Effects, Premiere

  • Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Keynote 

  • An excellent knowledge of the agency's competitors and their position in the market

  • Graduate level preferred ? in a related subject e.g. 3D animation, architectural visualisation, architecture, interior design

Finally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a comparable role.
