Build a strong partnership with all our businesses and together with product owners / users, drive vision, roadmap and prioritization across a portfolio of front office applications
Reconcile priorities of product owners / users, often by leading regular working groups and user forums, and ensure appropriate focus and resourcing based on a firmwide prioritization
Create transparency across working groups and ensure cohesion and sound design across the portfolio of applications
Act as a product owner of selected applications representing the needs of users and condensing them into user stories or specifications, overseeing implementation and representing the product after release to ensure appropriate training and adoption
Build a strong partnership with technologists, that allows to surface issues and promptly resolve along the development and testing process
Own and be an ambassador for the strategy of a common technology platform that allows for better collaboration, sharing of best practices and efficiency
Track, report back and engage senior management as needed to ensure delivery
Qualifications
10 years of work experience, with a 5 year experience in product management, ideally in the financial services industry
Experience with agile development methodologies
Solid understanding of financial products and investment management processes across asset classes
Strong communicator that can inspire and gather people around the vision
Strong collaborator that can reconcile different user needs and priorities
