We're seeking a multi-disciplinary designer to help execute our client's brand across many different platforms; from retail design to social media to packaging design. You'll collaborate with lead designers, marketing teams, and the company's founders and visionaries. To start, the position is 20 hr/week commitment, with flexible hours, and the right candidate will eventually join the client's creative team on a more permanent basis.
_Collaborate with senior members of the branding team and company founders
_Design across multiple platforms, including everything from packaging to social media
_Maintain and manage brand guidelines
_Support a digital marketing program
_Create and edit email templates, landing pages, social media
_Manage email campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
_Create presentations to support campaigns across web, social, and offline channels
_Present work internally and to client
_Conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
You're right for this role if you are detail-oriented; collaborative and humble; have a can-do attitude; and you're naturally curious. Ideally you are already established and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced design studio. You are a self-starter but also highly collaborative, looking to have a direct impact on a high end consumer brand.
What we're looking for in you
_Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
_Demonstrated passion for typography
_Proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD a must)
_Experience with email editing tools, image libraries and file hosting, basic HTML, or CSS a plus
_Digital savvy with an interest in social media marketing
_Excellent critical thinking skills
_Comfortable receiving constructive feedback
_Flexibility, proactive working style, and accountability
_Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
_Empathetic with a desire to continuously learn and evolve

The firm has created award-winning solutions ranging from publications to product packaging; from web interfaces to exhibit design. As a small studio, we build relationships between the client and the creative, with no intervening account management, which translates to a richer and deeper connection and understanding of the clients' needs.
