Decathlon - Kipsta : Designer graphique appliqué au produit

We are kipsta, football brand of Decathlon, and we want to defy the "leviathans" by making football accessible to all !

Graphic design applied to the product is an important vector for our brand identity, and we are looking for strong skills in this field.

Inside Kipsta design studio, you are in charge of graphic design on Balls, jerseys, shoes, goals, gloves, luggages ; In permanent collections but also for limited editions or special events.

You are involved in the contests Kipsta want to be part of, for a league, a club or a player.

At last, you are working on graphic strategies for Kipsta. You will have opportunities to embody these trends on prospective proposal, which ones will structure Kipsta identity.

You work within projects teams with marketing, engineering, challenge your creations with others designers from the studio, and manage freelancers.

After a few years of experience in graphic design, pattern creation, printing processes and softwares have no secrets for you. You are creative, but rigorous in the technical files that you produce.

Comfortable with both technical / geometric patterns and more figurative creations, you may have a "style", but you know how to escape or use other talents to offer rich and relevant answers

You know how to be autonomous, but appreciate collective work, discussion and criticisms. You are able to push the usual limits by the strength of your creations and your ability to demonstrate your choices.

You are interested in the economic performances of your past creations, and many of them are currently in stores.
