Minimum qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant ux/ui work
  • Experience in architecting and designing complex web and mobile applications
  • Track record of using design thinking to drive increased revenue and user growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience as a design lead 
  • Proven experience hiring, managing and building design teams
  • Experience using best practice analytics and user testing to drive product innovation and business growth

About the position

We're looking for an experienced full-stack designer to lead our design team. You will report directly to our Chief Design Officer (part-time advisor) and CEO. You will be responsible for running day to day design operations, managing a small team of contract designers, strategizing and implementing critical features and improvements across web and mobile applications.

Our priority projects that you'll have an opportunity to work on:

  1. Website redesign (core product)
  2. Mobile app (new product)
  3. Ecommerce plugin
  4. Branding and advertorial designs
