Purpose

Design industry leading creative solutions for assigned projects.

 

Key Accountabilities

Create design solutions for assigned category or specialty area or project

Create design solutions for variety of touchpoints: internal, 2D, retail, digital

Develop creative solutions that fulfill objectives of category, business area, briefs

Collaborate with Brand and Product Design team members to ensure holistic storytelling and holistic brand look and feel

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer- and brand focus

Present and communicate design solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders

Review and approve production stages of creative execution, ensuring creative excellence to the end

Maximise results within given budget and timeframes

Participate in creation of annual design direction development

Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects

 

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

IT skills:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced /Outlook

Design apps: expert

Strong graphic and verbal skills with the ability to create impactful/exciting visuals and presentations

Language: English: excellent

Another European language: fluent

 

Qualifications

Undergraduate education and/or advanced experience in Graphic or Communication Design, or related Design specialty

At least 5 years' experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design

Experience and understanding of end to end Design process

Passion for adidas and its mission

Passion for sports, culture, design
