Primary Role and Responsibility

We at Amazing Piñatas Inc are seeking a new Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our company, across all relevant digital platforms. To succeed in this position, you must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. In this role, you will work directly and collaborate with our team (a graphic designer, a product developer, and a web developer) to launch campaigns. This is a remote job, therefore you will be required to be in constant communication with the team. Candidates must have substantial knowledge and experience in the American market.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (C1 - C2)
  • Skilled at translating Spanish to English
  • Skilled in the creation and editing of written content
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Able to assess competitor data and develop strategies
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Highly skilled at utilizing website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with setup and maintenance of ad serving tools (e.g., FB Business Manager)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement to apply to the brand
  • Ability to adequately express the story of the brand through marketing
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of NFT and Crypto Art platforms such as OpenSea and Rarible
  • Ability to adequately retell the story of the brand through strategic marketing
  • Generate value through the sale of products and services
  • Methodologies of Design Thinking with a focus on digital marketing
