Responsibilities: Conducting detailed business and technical analysis; writing business requirements, breaking down into epics and stories with respect to credit/debit card transaction processing, issuance, lifecycle management, and value-added features including payment devices and tokenisation Act as subject matter expert in the card payments domain including all industry standards, card scheme specifications, security standards Plan and prioritise the backlog and work for the team, work with all internal and external stakeholders, facilitate agile ceremonies and processes to maintain a high performance team and proliferate positive team culture Skills / Experience Expertise in the card payments domain with strong experience across card schemes, merchant acceptance, acquiring and issuing systems Strong technical and analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving background in engineering or related disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detailJ.P.
