gotomedia: Flexible UX Designer / Visual Designer 6-month Contract (possible hire) (San Francisco)

Posted: Jul 17, 2017

Are you an amazing UX Designer who loves making beautiful wireframes, flows and loves organizing information into something close to art? Are you able to concentrate on detailed page-level interactions (yes they can get monotonous) but are ok with some project switching and moving from apps to website and back again in a week's time? We are looking for a non-standard UI / UX person who understands aesthetics around information / content and specifications and knows how to help put it all together. An understanding of CSS and various Javascript libraries are a plus, along with intermittent use of your favorite prototyping tool. And did I mention we also would love your take on branding, iconography, imagery and visual design in a responsive design format? And we do UX research too.

We are gotomedia. We have worked on numerous web redesigns, apps, and have dabbled in AI / Voice as well as haptic and gesture based environments. We have a ton of enterprise-level B2B work. We offer a flexible, collaborative yet autonomous environment — on site or remote (we like for you to come in once in a while) in the Mission District of San Francisco.

Position starts the first week of August. Flexible schedule, can be project-based or part time depending on situation. Minimum 20 hours per week, some weeks 40 hours, depending on project work / schedule.
