Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in designing & conceptualizing projects both Print and Digital media from concept stage to completed project
• Understand business objectives and proactively contribute both strategic and design ideas
• Develop a high level of understanding of briefs requirements, communication strategy and client perspective and execution of campaigns along with team members.
• Develop the visual tone, and messages that will shape into the most effective communication for the concerned brand
• Add motion to graphic design elements, to make visually engaging micro-interactions
• Design website, microsite, web banners and other digital communication collateral
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once
• 3D skills are a plus - Ability to create 3D mock-ups, basic 3D environments for animations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Motion Graphic Designer (with knowledge of traditional Graphic Design)
• Strong technical skills and proven ability with Design software (such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Sketch/Adobe Dreamweaver)
• A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
• Well conversant in verbal and written English
