Graphic Designer

As a Creative Agency specializing in Brand Experiences, each project is totally different from the next and with that the graphic scope encompasses a wide range of 2D needs and solutions. The right candidate will demonstrate an excitement and flexibility for working across a multitude of output types as well as a curiosity for continuously exploring new directions and methods of execution. The Graphic Designer will work both independently and collaboratively (with both 2D and 3D designers) at varying capacities; leading projects individually, leading projects in partnership with a teammate or supporting portions of projects a teammate is leading.

  • Development of original identity systems and/or overall graphic concepts, direction and styling for new campaigns or experiential properties

  • Creation of experience/activation-related assets (print and digital) such as invitations, signage and wayfinding, environmental or vehicle graphics, infographics, collateral pieces and branded giveaways, etc

  • Visual design for digital interfaces such as touch screen games/apps, check-in screens, photo booth prompts, social media filters, micro-sites, various interactive concepts, etc

  • Design and execution of print and digital media campaigns surrounding experiential activations

  • Proposal deck design customized to various client brands for new business pitches

  • Generating on-brand internal marketing materials across a variety of platforms such as our website and social media initiatives


  • Have a proven track record of creative execution with 1-4 years experience

  • Have super strong graphic design & typography skills

  • Have experience in working with, following and pushing brand guidelines

  • Demonstrate a passion for staying on top/ahead of design trends

  • Be confident and articulate in presenting work (internally and externally) and offering a Design Point of View

  • Possess excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects with various deadlines at any given time

  • Have diligent follow-through on every task assigned

  • Have the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet all deadlines

  • Be a self-starter

  • Have a general understanding of print processes - for large and small format pieces

  • Have stellar people & communication skills

  • Thrive in a collaborative and social environment¬†

  • Be able to create simple motion graphics/animated GIFS

  • Have web skills (a plus but not a requirement!)


  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic / Visual / Print Design, or related field

  • Any knowledge of After Effects, basic animation capabilities or experience with digital platforms is a bonus!
