? Work closely with creative team, photo studio, vendors and production teams and licensors to develop creative solutions for packaging projects
? Knowledge of photography, typography, art, pop culture and graphic design.
? Researching the new production methods, technology tools, and influential trends that help inspire engaging design solutions for packaging.
? Negotiating with and managing vendors within budget
? Supervise and provide direction to freelancers.
? Oversee and maintain ownership of work from concept through final delivery.
? Translate marketing and merchandising strategies into creative solutions
? Contribute to development of big ideas that are on-brand and can translate across all mediums including licensing, toolkit/guide creation, trade show environments, and retail merchandising.
? Maintain ownership of work from concept through final delivery, appropriately communicating with supervisor and ensuring alignment.
? 2-3 years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or similar field
? Strong knowledge and capability to produce visual communications, graphic design, typography and photography ? specifically for packaging
? Excellent computer skills and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: CS5, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
? Tapped in to global youth-oriented design and marketing campaigns
? BA/BS/BFA or MA/MFA (Art School Equivalent)
