Jr. Art Director/Social Media Intern

You will work alongside the founding team to concept, plan and execute social content campaigns across channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and other emerging platforms). Our goal is to continue building a strong brand while continuously innovating and pushing creative boundaries, creating inspiring + engaging content.

You'll learn from amazing mentors who were the creators behind brands such as Glossier, Allbirds, Casper, Prose, Andie Swim, Kin Euphorics, and more.


  • Work with team to develop original visual concepts and mood boards for campaigns based on brand needs and current trends
  • Design graphic content and create engaging captions for use across channels
  • Assist with overall social media strategy, drawing from current templates, original ideas, and UGC content (both from influencers + customers)
  • Help track key social media trends through competitive research in wellness space
  • Help source up and coming creatives to collaborate with

  • Talented at spotting highly engaging content, creators and trends
  • Full of new ideas, able to execute on them, and and always up for a challenge
  • An excellent communicator, ruthlessly organized and highly attentive to detail
  • Able to receive and provide feedback in a positive + constructive manner
  • Proficient in core Adobe Design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign)

And have:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates imaginative social content, copy and campaigns
  • An understanding of best practices, content performance and analytics-backed insights for social media

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in short-form video and/or motion design
  • Have previous consumer products experience
