We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the development of visually engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the senior design team in the creation of visually appealing designs, concepts, and layouts that align with clients' branding guidelines and project objectives.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and provide design support to develop effective solutions that communicate the desired message.

3. Execute design tasks under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.

4. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance the overall quality and creativity of the design work produced.

5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design assets, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across various projects.

6. Conduct research to gather relevant information, such as competitor analysis, target audience preferences, and market trends, to support the design process.

7. Support the team in client interactions, including gathering feedback and making revisions based on client input.

8. Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines.

9. Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and development, to ensure design consistency across various channels and platforms.

10. Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work produced.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication.

2. Strong proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a willingness to learn new design tools and techniques.

3. A portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and a basic understanding of design principles.

4. Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively contribute to team discussions and take direction from senior designers.

6. Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.

7. Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

8. A passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
