Key Art Designer

We're currently looking for a talented creative to come and work with us, in our brand new central London studio, remotely or ideally a mix of the two. 

This "special" someone needs to have some major pen to monitor skills across all modern methods with a deep passion for creativity and design. 

The person we are seeking will need to contribute to our concepting and campaign development, help create engaging film campaign experiences, bring brands to life. 

We work as a team across all projects so you will excel at free flow brainstorm sessions and will be able to quickly and concisely communicate your 'back of a fag packet' idea to the rest of the team. Teamwork and communication is key here, so lone wolfs need not apply. 

We are a full service agency so you will be comfortable working across digital and print and able to translate a campaign across different mediums.   

We have a detailed growth plan mapped out for the long and short term so there is a real opportunity to carve your own career and grow with the business.

  • You have a proven track record of producing creative at a high technical skill level.

  • You are a natural team player with an ability to conceptualise, articulate and finish creative ideas.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of emotional IQ and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision making skills in the face of ambiguity.

  • You love art and design, and are always looking to push the creative boundaries .

  • You love international TV and film content and are up to date with the entertainment marketing creative landscape and latest trends.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to flourish, learn and grow in our unique company culture.


What you will do:

  • You will produce creative concepts in response to clients brief and creative strategy internally outlined

  • You will understand the client's need to explore different options, iterate and be enthusiastic about delivering new solutions to their needs

  • You will collaborate seamlessly with the studio collaborating with your fellow team members under the guidance of the Creative lead and more senior designers

  • You will diligently work with the deadlines provided by the Creative Producer and Creative lead

  • You will manage your own time to ensure all deadlines are met

  • You will take any concept, whether entirely your own or the team's, and see it through to delivery 

  • Your main deliverables will include : Key Art, OOH, DOOH, Press advertising, Title Treatments, Title and credit sequences, Campaign decks, Pitch decks, AV cutdowns, Social motion creative.

Skills & Experience:

  • You will be able to wow us with your speed and skill in Adobe Creative Suite, constantly evolving these technical skills.

  • You will be an emotionally intelligent team player, with experience of giving and taking constructive criticism of your own and others' ideas.  

  • You will have at least 2 years studio / agency experience.

  • You will have exceptional typographic and layout skills. 

  • You will have fantastic video editing and motion graphics skills

  • You will be able to work on multiple projects concurrently without losing your eye for detail.

  • You will be confident, enthusiastic, quick to learn and able to think on your feet. 


  • 3D Modelling or animation skills / experience

  • Second languages
