Planetary is looking for someone who is excited about leading a design team to create impactful interfaces, finding unique solutions to complex design problems, and creating digital experiences for a variety of clients.
As lead designer, you'll be guiding clients through the design process, creating interactive, enjoyable, and highly-polished user interfaces and experiences. Your work will directly impact organizations large and small, and you will have the opportunity to experiment and craft unique and valuable solutions. This is a fully remote position.
Planetary is a product studio where happiness, empathy, and exploration are our core values. We want to inspire our clients and build products that will make them (and their customers) successful. We design and develop everything from consumer-facing websites to B2B-focused web and mobile apps, creating unique experiences and distilling complex requirements into digestible interfaces.

You're an experienced designer: obsessed with detail and excited about the web. You regularly keep up with advances in browser capabilities, and maybe even prototype and experiment with the web yourself.
You do your best work on small teams, and feel comfortable driving the process from start to finish. You have experience and confidence in presenting to clients and coordinating with a team to deliver quality work on a schedule you've helped define.
