Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven individual and an inspirational team leader with an impeccable eye for detail, a relentless attitude towards innovation, and a strong tendency to think outside the box, the Lead UX Designer will have an opportunity to lead a team that impacts some of the most innovating companies and millions of users worldwide.


In this role you will:

  • Work closely with product managers and other leaders in the organization to generate crisp, innovative, and elegant design solutions for complex problems.

  • Provide leadership, and direction to a team of UI Designers; drive creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to collaborate and implement UI features in fast-paced design-build cycles

  • Visualize concepts, and new product ideas and produce iterations for testing on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches, to high fidelity designs.

  • Oversee mockups and prototype features according to UI specifications

  • Identify, plan, and execute career development for design employees

  • Set new standards in executional and operational excellence.


Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute or comparable experience in Art, Graphic Design, HCI or related field, preferred Master's Degree

  • Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Figma and Invision

  • Experience with end to end product design with complete articulation as to how the design was used to grow the product/business from point A to point B

  • Mastery of design craft

  • Ability to influence architecture beyond his/her own project

  • Ability to quickly understand and influence interactions in a technical environment, specifically in regards to integration with web and mobile platforms

  • Impeccable design judgment, and ability to articulate and advocate design rationale to product managers and developers

  • Ability to coach the team on their initiative

  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
