Camp IHC has been a leading Summer Camp since 1940 located in the Poconos Mountains in Pennsylvania. Camp IHC is currently seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who can oversee and manage the branding and marketing strategy of the IHC Tennis Academy. (IHCTA) The role will be a strategic, hands-on, and fast paced role in the world of tennis and Summer Camps.

The ideal candidate will work closely with IHC's Tennis Director and Marketing Director to continue growing the IHCTA brand and identify areas for improvement and growth. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and promoting the IHCTA brand, turning fans into customers, customers into advocates, and keep a watchful eye on the goals of the company.

  • Manage the branding and design efforts of the IHCTA brand

  • Create engaging content for all major social media platforms to increase IHCTA brand awareness

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms

  • Work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world

  • Brainstorm and present ideas for social media projects/opportunities

  • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic

  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

  • Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency



  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

  • Experience assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

  • Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

  • Must have experience and a passion for digital and social marketing campaigns and social media management, (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Medium, TikTok and Pinterest)

  • Must have an awareness of current trends in advertising and design.

  • Is comfortable with hard work and long days that equate to a lot of outdoors time and the chance to work alongside a diverse and creative team from around the world.

  • Must have strong copywriting skills.

  • Be able to capture video content of our IHC Tennis Academies and use that content to edit engaging and compelling videos for our online platforms.

  • Has prior experience in a similar role within the sports industry,
