To continue to expand our platform and accomplish our mission, we are looking to hire a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing Associate with a deep commitment and respect for the artisans and non-profits with whom we work.

About the Opportunity:

Anna Beck is on the lookout for a Marketing Associate to support the CEO and Art Director in the creative execution of the company's marketing across multiple platforms. As the Marketing Associate, you will reinforce the brand voice across all marketing channels (email, social media, website and off-line), while also supporting the team in preparing for and executing photoshoots. 

The ideal candidate will be able to ideate and transform fresh ideas into actionable concepts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create a consistent look and feel across all platforms. This role requires a highly motivated, confident, and curious team player with a passion for Anna Beck's mission and has the social media, email marketing, and communication skills to grow with the company.


What You'll Do:

  • Marketing Support: Strategize, ideate, and consistently update a cross-functional marketing calendar for engaging email, social media, PR and other marketing initiatives; Generate and schedule emails; Collaborate with the PR team; Prepare regular reports on marketing performance.

  • Social Media: Work directly with the CEO to create Instagram stories and other social media content; Prepare copy and hashtags for scheduled posts; Stay on top of trends and make recommendations on Anna Beck's social media strategy and content.

  • Graphic Design Support: Organize, compile and resize imagery for social media, advertisements and the website; Wholesale requests for banners and advertisements; Generate and send files electronically or to print in a timely manner. 

  • Administration: Responsible for the tracking, organizing, and preparing jewelry, clothing and props for on-going photo shoots; Photo shoot studio assistance; Collaborate with photographers, and stylists to deliver strong assets in line with our brand aesthetic; Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Creative Director and team.

  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience working in Marketing.

  • You have a basic understanding of how to use Photoshop. Knowledge of how to use InDesign and Illustrator is a plus! 

  • You are naturally creative with a sharp eye for aesthetics.

  • You have excellent writing and communication skills.

  • You are self-motivated; able to work independently and within teams.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position operating out of our Los Angeles office and reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
