Juniper Jones is a creative production company based in New York. We make any and everything video: from motion graphics, to brand visual identity, to Instagram campaigns. Whether we're involved from the outset with concept development, jump in during design, or help finish things off in post, we do it all.

  • Under the direction of the Motion Design Director, design/animate motion graphics according to the needs or demands of our various broadcast and advertising clients, working together to obtain the desired look/effect of the Creative Director
  • Design all types of visual concepts, imagery, type and graphics for creative briefs from storyboard through animation.
  • Create and expand upon multiple brand directions as it relates to a brands visual identity
  • Supporting the work of Producers, Creative Directors, and other Creative leads in the production of visual documents and moving image content to win pitches and develop projects.
  • Attending client meetings from initial pitches and concepts, through to project completion.


  • Proficiency with design and layout principles, typesetting, vector artwork with a focus on branding.
  • Ability to communicate vision to a team using style frames, storyboards, animation notes, animatics or other pre-visualizations.
  • Expert-Level Proficiency in various software tools such as After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. Premiere and Cinema 4D proficiency is a bonus but not required.

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to work on your own, or in close collaboration with others
  • Meticulously organized, responsible with file management in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA or comparable experience
  • 3-5 years of design agency/studio experience
  • Demonstrated experience using Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop & After Effects

  • East Coast based
  • Currently working fully remote. Hybrid plan TBD.
  • Report to CD and Motion Design Director
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
