Multi Media Manager

The role of the Multimedia Manager is to create visually engaging and informative marketing materials that successfully engage and inform the intended target audiences. The multimedia designer will be responsible for concept and creation of layouts for print, website, social media, presentations, motion graphics and video. Other scheduled tasks include ongoing collaboration with the other marketing team members as well as PA Cyber interdepartmental collaboration efforts.


  • Bachelor's Degree in multimedia or graphic design or related field
  • Master's Degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Design firm or advertising agency work experience preferred
  • Diploma or certified courses in design, film, social media, communications, etc. will also prove to be beneficial for this position
  • Minimum of seven years' design development work experience including hands on content creation and implementation in all of the following areas: print design, web design, video development (including hands-on shooting and editing skills), social media content creation, PowerPoint presentation development and photography experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Innovative, creatively confident and collaborative
  • Results-oriented, design thinking methodology (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test)
  • Flexible multi-tasker who also possesses an organized and timely deadline-driven work ethic
  • Proficiency in a broad scope of multimedia applications, strong technical skills, and the ability to conceptualize with internal clients to produce powerful creative
  • Advanced proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects and Premier ? knowledge of Dreamweaver is a plus
  • Familiarity with the creation of click generating web ads, social media postings and general email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Child Abuse Clearance; Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check; Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Clearance


  • Utilize modern graphic design styles, to strategize, plan and create key artistic branded elements in promotion of PA Cyber throughout all available marketing and communication channels.
  • Create both static and motion visuals
  • Design and present visual storytelling through infographics
  • Design for video output
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes for use in design review
  • Conduct general user testing
  • Maintain and manage PA Cyber content and multimedia assets
  • Work with professional service vendors as needed or requested
  • Manage projects and meet deadlines as required
  • Assist in marketing presentations as requested
  • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Attend meetings as requested
  • Travel as required, must be able to travel
  • Work extended hours as needed or requested
  • Perform any additional duties deemed necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization by the Director of Marketing and Communications
