We are seeking a talented, driven, detail-oriented Senior Front-end Developer to join our growing team located on the 35th floor of Sky Tower. In this role, you will take the business requirements, mix it with the vision of the web designers, as well as your creative ideas, in order to always improve our flagship audio-centric trafficking tool. You will be part of a team that aims to provide the best platform for Publishers and Ad Networks, a place where they can create, monitor, optimise and monetise audio advertising campaigns in real time.


As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will:
- Be part of a mixed team of Front-end, Back-end and QA engineers
- Come up with technical solutions and estimations for upcoming features
- Develop new features and maintain existing ones
- Propose and implement improvements on the product
- Analyse and provide constant feedback to the requirements from inception until delivery
- Provide code review and feedback for the UI work inside the team.
- Collaborate closely with your team, product owner and product designer.


Your Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Informatics or equivalent
- Good knowledge of JavaScript language
- Experience with JS ES2015 and newer features
- Good knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Experience with at least one front-end framework or library for app development other than jQuery (e.g. Angular js, Angular, React, Vue, Backbone, Ember)
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the front-end world
- High standards for the quality of UI and experience interpreting and executing on the outcomes of UX research and Product Design
- Experience in performance monitoring and optimization
- Driven by impact. You are eager to create customer value
- Teamplayer. You are passionate about working with talented and inspiring people. You are always open for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an engineer


Nice to have skills
- Understanding back-end systems and APIs
- Experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Angular framework (version 8 preferably)
- Experience with Sass framework
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine or Jest) and test runners
- Experience with build systems like Rollup or Webpack
- Coaching experience. It’s important to learn from teach peers, and to continuously help junior team members appreciate and apply best engineering and UX practices
