About the Role

Working closely alongside the Creative Director you will define the quality level for the design output of the agency. You will interpret briefs alongside our client team and provide creative solutions to our client's problem. You will be organised and tidy in your workflow and you will understand how to iterate to interrogate a brief. You will be given the responsibility to bring briefs to life by approaching your work from a macro point of view, while sweating the details at a micro level.


About You

? 5 years of commercial experience in a Senior agency role.

? Be able to project manage and liaise directly with the client.

? Fluency in Arabic and English.

? Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy.

? Experience leading projects, working to process, collaborating with other team members when the project requires.

? A conceptual thinker who places rationale at the heart of design solutions.

? Excellent communication skills translating your ideas and inspiring clients

? Strong typographic knowledge and layout skills.

? A passion for all things visual and a keen interest in consumer behaviours and trends.

? Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

? Must-haves: A high level of competency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint.

? Nice-to-haves: Figma and After Effects
