Rebellion is a well capitalized technology start-up seeking an extremely talented senior user experience designer who is passionate about delivering modern, life-changing products to the Department of Defense, the Ministry of Defense, and its allies. We look for a track record of the following:




    • Strong interaction design skills to include persona creation/user journey definition, wireframe creation, and engineering hand-off

    • Ability to leverage the design process and team facilitation to build consensus and rally the product team around user needs

    • Comfortability designing products where external technical and environmental constraints influence the UI and software development

    • Capable of rapid iteration and ambiguity in initial product definition

    • Solid understanding core UI design patterns, but value direct user feedback more







You might be a good fit if you:




    • have solid interaction design skills have a passion for getting to know the user and protecting the United States, UK, and its allies from adversaries

    • are self-directed and can prioritize experiences that will provide the most immediate value for a user group

    • are detail oriented, have a refined design sensibility, but know when to cut corners versus get it exactly right

    • seasoned to the point where you take pride in your work, but aren’t heartbroken if it is abandoned due to a shift in direction/user insight

Done well, your designs will not only improve the mission of Defense, but will empower cyber operators to defend and remediate network vulnerabilities in a timely and intuitive manner.
