We are seeking a talented Senior Visualizer/Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us deliver exceptional visual solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing designs, concepts, and layouts that align with clients' branding guidelines and project objectives.

2. Collaborate with the creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists, to understand client requirements and create design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message.

3. Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.

4. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance the overall quality and creativity of the design work produced by the team.

5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their skills.

6. Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform the design process, including competitor analysis, target audience preferences, and market trends.

7. Understand the client objectives, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines.

9. Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work produced.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or Visualizer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

3. Expertise in using industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, after effects).

4. A portfolio showcasing a strong body of work, demonstrating creative flair, attention to detail, and a diverse range of design styles and formats.

5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

8. Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

9. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.

10. A passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a drive to create impactful visual experiences.
