What we're looking for
Dots per inch is seeking a talented individuals who possesses a zeal to create unique and groundbreaking designs. You'll partner with our a team of designers and stakeholders at DPI to create an unique UX Strategies and UI Systems. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your representation in the design industry.
Responsibilities
- Help guide our overall strategy through research, design, execution and coordination.
- Report directly to the design team and or cliental representative
- Manage all design systems and operations for the clients as well as the studio.
- Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.
- Partner closely with various stakeholders to communicate UX requirements
- Problem Solving and UX Processes to resolve the current concerns of the platform
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
- Present your roadmap at company-wide checkins.
- Lead a team of designers and manage day to day operations and design audits.
- Clearly delegate work and set monthly OKRs for the designers and his team.
- Manage and organise time and skills for all interns in various squads
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a problem solver and UI/UX.
- Attention to detail and skill to articulate ideas effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of design guidelines and design systems.
- Flexible and focussed on solutions
- Organised and self-sufficient skill to take ownership of your craftsmanship.
