The Digital Strategy & Solutions Global Tools & Services team plays a pivotal role within Adobe's Worldwide Sales organization by creating tools that empower the field, scaling best practices and designing digital experiences driven by Adobe's Creative, Document, and Experience Cloud solutions. 


We're looking for highly skilled UX designers with at least 5-8 years of experience ? and a portfolio of work that backs it up. Qualified candidates will have solid experience in UX design and research, a passion for critical analysis and problem-solving, as well as ability to communicate their thoughts through UI and visual design. This is an exciting, dynamic and challenging design environment best suited to passionate self-starters. You will approach each project strategically, quickly evaluate design concepts and thrive in a flexible, cross-functional environment. Our ideal candidate is a smart, articulate and curious innovator who solves complex business problems while always advocating for the needs of the end-user.


On this Job, You Will

  • Iterating on UX solutions and strategies that address business goals of the DSS organization 

  • Driving strategic consideration of the world-class customer experiences driven by Adobe Experience, Document and Creative Clouds 

  • Gathering business requirements and translating insights and strategy into concept solutions, clearly communicating your vision to the stakeholders

  • Directly interfacing with our users and stakeholders to conduct interviews, research and data gathering, analyzing the results and communicating insights to help inform the business decisions

  • Mapping out current and future customer experiences with a keen understanding of enterprise workflows 

  • Using visual and tangible storytelling to share your point of view that will inform business decisions and create energy around an idea or an initiative

  • Creating conceptual storyboards, wireframes, designs and functional prototypes using the range of Adobe creative products

  • Mentoring less experienced designers and sharing unique skillset, knowledge and energy with the team

  • Collaborating with fellow interface designers, developers, product owners and other roles



For This Job We Are Searching For People With

  • 5-8 years work experience as a UX designer/Product Designer

  • In-depth experience in key UX areas like research, product design and UX strategy

  • Proven ability to translate insights into design solutions within the tech, business or resource constraints

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Experience building products using design systems

  • Strong sense of collaboration, thriving in cross-disciplinary environments

  • Embracing change and ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation

  • Comfortable trying new things and failing quickly to get to the optimal solution

  • Self-directed, yet highly cooperative and flexible workstyle within the local and global (remote) teams   

  • A top-notch portfolio showcasing end-to-end product/service design solutions, demonstrating process, outcomes and impact

  • Strong command of written and spoken English


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere or other CC products

  • Hands-on expertise with SCRUM and agile methodologies

  • Experience in planning and conducting discovery and ideation workshops

  • Knowledge about front-end development 

  • Genuine, mature, welcomes constructive feedback and can give it as well
