Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute visual design stages from concept to completion
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and developers
  • Experience and demonstrated ability designing for web and mobile
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Contribute towards company and marketing level interactive projects
  • Design and build digital campaigns (landing pages and email flows)

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • High understanding of design theory, visual communication, and user experience
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Expert level HTML & CSS skills
  • Some JavaScript a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software a plus
  • Knowledge of browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with marketing automation software a plus
  • Demonstrated design craftsmanship
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate design decisions to a group
  • Eager to learn new technologies and platforms

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field, or equal level of experience
