We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design innovative products in the web3 space. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating products that enhance the user experience and improve the functionality of our web3 products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand project requirements and create design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Design and iterate visual interfaces for web3 applications, including dashboards, landing pages, and user account interfaces.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
• Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web3 design and user experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, focusing on web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio of work that showcases design solutions for complex user problems.
• Experience with web3 technologies, such as blockchain, decentralized finance, & non-fungible tokens.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
