As an UI/UX professional, you will be part of an advanced analytics team that has enterprise-wide responsibility for optimizing business decision-making through the use of advanced analytical models, establishing consistent and predictable process execution, measuring performance and process health, focusing our resources on the most critical business issues and driving cross-organizational solutions.

UI/UX designers develop interaction design concepts consistent with business need, and develop detailed wireframes and patterns that can be shared across the business. You should be passionate about developing elegant solutions to complex problems by translating business / technology constraints into well-integrated user experiences. Specific responsibilities include:
Design the overall look and feel of interactive user interfaces across multiple products and platforms
Effectively prototype, document and communicate UX and visual design of projects (including rationale/benefits) using personas, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, workflows, user stories, test dashboards and visualizations
Leverage quantitative and qualitative user research and participatory design activities to identify user needs, assist in requirements definition, user test, and usability evaluations
Work collaboratively with the business and analytics teammates to advance user-friendliness and evoke insight.

Basic Qualifications:
A portfolio demonstrating strong ability to create wireframes based on user needs, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite CSS (SCSS/LESS), OmniGraffle, Sketch, as well as interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Hype, Adobe Edge, Keynote)
Demonstrated experienced in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, HTML, Java, C++)
Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies and continuous delivery
Well-versed in designing front-end development frameworks for component-based software development
BA/BS degree in the Arts or Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual, communications, product, industrial),
Human Computer Interface, Computer Science, or a related field.
Some travel (eg. no more than 10%) may be required.
Must be US Citizen

Desired Skills:
Experienced with data manipulation processes and the data analysis
Familiarity with game engines to facilitate interaction with data
Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions
Masters in Fine Arts / Graphic Arts, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Design or related field.
