We're looking for a designer who can work in an Atomic Design methodology and create usable, intuitive, and engaging UI experiences.
The ideal candidate will be able to design interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use, while also being visually appealing. The person will be responsible for creating new user interfaces and rebuilding existing ones.
You'll need to have some experience with Atomic Design, but it's not required. You should also have an understanding of how Figma is used by designers today and how it can help you create great user interfaces quickly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will work to understand user journeys and use prototypes to deliver services, products and tools which fulfil user needs. You will be working alongside other Designers, Front-end Developers, Researchers and Software Engineers to deliver services designed for the people who use them.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Are you the UX/UI designer we've been looking for? Do you have experience working within a design system framework, prototyping and iterative design, and open and collaborative culture within the department and the design community? If so, we want to talk with you.
You'll be reporting to the Head of UX Design and you'll be responsible for the following:
? Understand user needs and design services, products, and tools to meet them.
? Create and iterate prototypes to test and communicate ideas, helping the wider team learn about user needs.
? Liaise with a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment to turn concepts into user-centred designs.
? Understand as-is interaction design and identify improvement opportunities.
? Ensure that service design is consistent internally and with the rest of the wider organisation, delivering best practices around user-centred design processes, user research and experience design.
We're looking for someone who can identify and understand constraints, work within them, build an open and collaborative culture within our team, analyze and identify cost-saving opportunities while implementing best practice interaction design, plan and facilitate workshops that drive actionable outcomes, manage stakeholder needs across different areas, explain design decisions and communicate ideas clearly.
We're also interested in someone who has experience working with sketching and prototyping, user-centred design approaches, multidisciplinary teams and communicating ideas clearly.
You'll be responsible for creating high-quality digital products that are easy to use, intuitive, and engaging. You'll be responsible for creating critical reports as well as driving and supporting a self-serve user community.
