The ideal candidate is a Designer whose aesthetic and attention to the smallest details are unmatched.  You will be directly working with account directors, project managers, producers, and the new business team. Candidate must be a highly efficient designer with strong typographic/layout skills.

We work in a fast-paced environment and are seeking an individual who thrives in an environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines. The Designer will work full time (40 hours a week) and on-site in our Los Angeles office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Logo and brand identity design and development

  • Designing marketing collateral, decks, proposals, web banners, newsletters, and social media assets

  • Conceptualize, elevate, and be accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across multiple creative projects 

  • Work cooperatively with the creative team, producers and account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the project 

  • Think both creatively and strategically to produce new ideas, concepts and develop design; whether for active projects or for new business deck proposals    

  • Research inspiration and keep abreast of relevant trends and the competitive landscape

  • Estimate the time required to complete work and communicate with project management

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2-3 years agency design experience in a digital and print environment

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

  • Strong sense of typography and layout hierarchy is a must

  • Attuned sensitivity to brand building blocks and recognizing areas and opportunities to grow brand

  • Must have experience designing and producing websites, emails, templates or other web assets 

  • Working knowledge of social media specific assets (i.e. GIFS) and guidelines, as well as insights into what drives social clicks and performance

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design or Graphic Design or equivalent experience is preferred 

  • Basic knowledge of animation programs/ animation skills are a plus

  • Working knowledge of motion and photo retouching a plus

  • Be a team player and a self-starter

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • A sense of humor is always welcomed
