Wholesale Payments is investing in a global leadership position in the rapidly evolving payments landscape with an aggressive transformation agenda. This agenda is also part of moving our product delivery framework to client segment-based design and delivery. A priority segment with these delivery needs is the US Federal Government. This segment presents a unique opportunity to leverage investments Wholesale Payments have made across all payments platforms. JPMorgan delivers these services to Federal Government today. In addition, the agile operating model at JPMorgan aligns product owners, designers, and engineers to rapidly bring-to-market new product features. As a result, this Federal Government Capture Manager role will leverage the power of the firm to design and deliver large scale services with speed, efficiency, and innovation.

Position Summary

To help drive the transformation, JPMorgan Chase is seeking a uniquely talented & proven Product Support - Federal Government Capture Strategy Leader.. This role will design and position product bundles and schedules for acceptance across Government Departments and Agencies, will bring procuremet strategies and solutions to the business and will design proposal strategies and content. This role will report to the Senior Product Manager, US Government Payments.

This candidate will deliver a robust roadmap using their expertise in product management, customer & client experience, bid economics, and support agile delivery. The ideal candidate understands modern technology stacks, design thinking (client journey, UX / UI, moments of truth), and payments and has created and designed solutions for the Federal Government.

The ideal candidate is a highly-organized and self-motivated leader who designs customer-obsessed solutions, flexibly adapts to internal & market forces, and has superior influencing / relationship management skills.
